We hope you love your purchase from Peaches Sister, but if for any reason it’s not quite right, here’s how returns work:
Returns

You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed.

Please note that as our pieces are vintage, small signs of age or wear are part of their character and not considered faults.

Send the item back to us using a tracked delivery service.

Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or not as described.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and checked the returned item, we’ll process your refund.

Refunds are made to your original payment method within 2 working days of being checked.

We’ll confirm by email once your refund has been issued.
Exchanges
As most of our pieces are one-of-a-kind, we cannot offer direct exchanges. However, you are always welcome to place a new order for another item you love.
