Measurements & fit: Labelled 16 but looks like it runs a little smaller, it's around 21" pit to pit and up to 21" on the waistband after stretch (around 18.5" before stretch)
Fit: estimated around 12-14, depending on desired fit, could be slightly more relaxed on a size 10 and more fitted on a 14.
