Belt loops around the waist, looks good with or without a belt, I have added my own for some photos but not necessary
Measurements & fit: Relaxed fit on the shoulders and bust, with a more tailored, fitted waist. Can be worn open and still keep the shape, I like it on me with just the top button done up (it's a little small for me with all buttons done up and gapes a little).
Labelled 12 but more like a 10 if wearing closed, can fit a 12 worn open or possibly with front button done up.
